Hi bio team, 

could we please stabilize sci-biology/vienna-rna-2.1.1 ?!

Perl team wants to remove support for old EAPIs from its eclass, and vienna-rna 1.8.5 is in the way (second-last)... also that old version has some more issues...

If you agree please cc arches (amd64 ppc x86)
