New ebuild adds "daemon" USE flag (enabled by default). Disabling this flag causes the daemon not to be built. This is useful where the user is running the daemon on a remote machine, and wants only the client(s) on the local machine. Tested on amd64. Reproducible: Always

anything that doesn't bring new dependencies, shouldn't be a USE flag, building the daemon take like few seconds and few KB of disk space so, in fact, there is nothing useful about it
