It looks like upstream has released deluge 1.3.7. I just renamed the 1.3.6 ebuild and it seems to work fine.
That is not a revbump.
Please bump this... It's just a simple rename!

Upstream is up to 1.3.9 - renaming ebuild still works.
Upstream is up to 1.3.10 - renaming ebuild still works.
1.3.10 contains fix for POODLE vulnerability in WebUI.
If nobody in net-p2p is going to take care of this, I will add myself as a maintainer. (ie, speak up if there are objections, otherwise I'll be bumping this shortly).
