filezilla-3.8.1 fails compilation with error message:

checking for LIBGNUTLS... no
configure: error: libgnutls 3.1.12 greater was not found. You can get it from http://gnutls.org/

Expected behavior: filezilla ebuild needs DEPEND=">=net-libs/gnutls-3.1.12" - Entry.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge filezilla-3.8.1

Thanks for the report! I updated the dependency accordingly (still working on the 3.9.0.x bump)
