OK, all reverse deps checked and seems that only bug 516426 is pending (will wait to see if maintainer can patch it or we can mask its flite USE flag... as I am unsure its upstream (dead since 2007) will fix it)

Also needed to fix a bug in eflite where speech was being truncated,
so 0.4.1-r2 is the candidate instead of 0.4.1-r1.
When the remaining blocker is closed, I'm happy to sign off on
stabilizing both of these for accessibility, unless WilliamH has concerns.

Will handle the remaining arches in parent bug as it's preferred by Ago and this can wait for those arches until the rest is done
