GOAL DEFINITION for duplicate bug postings.

Create a system that can handle backend processing of
ebuilds and requests without requiring an active interface.

Allows detachable processes that can hook-in and show the
status of the system and can allow multi-session management
and interaction.

Also can act as a daemon for processing requests in a queue.
