Please stabilize:

=media-libs/leptonica-1.70
=app-text/tesseract-3.03_rc1

That this is an rc version is upstream's idiosyncrasy.  This version is being used by many people and it is better than our current stable.  It has bugs, but the current stable also has bugs.  It is not foreseeable when there will be a release.  Leptonica is a dependency.
