plymouth-0.9.0.ebuild

A new version of plymouth is out! There was a small issue with dracut, which is now solved (thank you Amadeusz), see bug #512436

Attached there is the ebuild for 0.9.0 which is based on version 9999 from bug #504072 with some cleanup and adjustments. I'm not entirely sure the symlinks in /sbin and /bin can be removed. The systemd units causing headache in the past should be fixed, dracut and genkernel-next are fixed as well to my best knowledge. Anything am I missing? If there is no better way to check well..... we can try remove them and see if somebody complains.
