It seems that sys-freebsd/freebsd-ubin provides mailx functionality in fbsd.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -pv smartmontools::gentoo

Actual Results:

Should be fixed by modifying virtual/mailx instead.

Added sys-freebsd/freebsd-ubin as virtual/mailx provider.
