According to the ebuild the package supports optional support for CDB libraries. configure.ac uses PKG_CHECK_MODULES so that a pkgconfig file has to be provided by libcdb/tinycdb.
How was this package/useflag tested?
I can't seem to get it to work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable tinydns useflag for net-dns/pdns
2. See how configure fails to recognize the installed dependency library.
