Is it OK to stabilize =app-i18n/rime-data-0.32 ?
If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords
for older versions of this package.

rime-data-0.32 went into portage with librime-1.1, and I'd like to stablereq them both in time.

but as librime-1.1 requires >=gcc-4.8.0, let's wait for @toolchain
