Since this weekend, the tarballs are also available: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.ppp/4121 Would be nice to see this bump in tree (it contains support for RFC 4638). But it is not that easy to bump because the patch set must be adjusted.. so some work has to be done. equery meta doesn't list a maintainer so please tell use if help would be appreciated. Hi, I tested your ebuild from your overlay. It is working for me, but you should bump 80_all_eaptls-mppe-0.991-gentoo.patch to v0.994 [1] and restore copyright information (link to http://www.nikhef.nl/~janjust/ppp/) [1] http://www.nikhef.nl/~janjust/ppp/ppp-2.4.5-eaptls-mppe-0.994.patch

I've updated the tarball accordingly. I've also added a note to the head of 80_all_eaptls-mppe-0.994-gentoo.patch about its origin. I hope that's all to satisfy any copyright information.

Lars, on behalf of understaffed net-dialup team, i give you my bless on bumping this when it would be ready. One note - please, make SLOT="0/${PV}" - i planned to do this a long time ago, as some packages are really depends on exact pppd and breaks on upgrade(for example, net-dialup/pptpclient, which already has subslot dependency on net-dialup/ppp)
