Is it OK to stabilize =dev-perl/digest-bubblebabble-0.20.0-r1 ?
If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords
for older versions of this package.

This revision just provide new version of EAPI. Without any other major changes, I will merge all stable keywords from 'r0'.
