build log

Multiple attempts to "emerge zziplib" failed. It also failed after a successful deep world update. Kernel 3.10.17-gentoo. Build log attached shows "unsafe absolute working directory" error. This zziplib emerge failure disappeared spontaneously after I emerged firefox. None of the dependency programs listed for firefox were listed as dependencies for zziplib upon "emerge --ask zziplib" command.

Toshiba Satellite c655 laptop, AMD64.

it's because of your funky kernel version:
  3.10.7-gentoo-r1-r#2 x86_64

zziplib uses `uname` to generate a dynamic build dir. we can force it to use something constant since it doesn't matter to us.

should be all set now in the tree; thanks for the report!

Commit message: Set up the build dir ourselves to simplify things
