An ebuild for dvdnav with gstreamer to get dvd playback to work with totem

Currently DVD navigation in GStreamer is buggy, I believe it is being worked on currently so I would hope it will be considered to add to portage after it is working.  DVD support is not yet in playbin which is used by totem-gstreamer, for this reason.
