dev-php/pecl-bbcode-1.0.3_beta1 is currently only available for php5-3 and php5-4. Same ebuild builds and runs fine with php5-5.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =dev-php/pecl-bbcode-1.0.3_beta1
Actual Results:  
PHP_TARGET=php5-5 not available

Expected Results:  
PHP_TARGET=php5-5 available
