Give warning if dev-lang/python[-ssl]

Hello,

in order to use getmail with POP3-over-SSL or IMAP4-over-SSL dev-lang/python needs to be compiled with ssl. Perhaps one could give the user a warning if the python ssl USE-flag is not set (attachment1 [details]). Or alternatively make getmail depend on dev-lang/python[ssl] (attachment2 [details]). I dont know which is better...

Fixed in 4.43.0-r1.
