sys-apps/file-5.12-r1 contains a bug cause it prints incorrect mime string. After install sys-apps/file-9999, problem disappear.

A version bump or a epatch is needed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. file --mime-type /bin/bash

Actual Results:  
/bin/bash: application/x-executableapplication/octet-stream

Expected Results:  
/bin/bash: application/x-executable
