Please stabilise =app-admin/eselect-1.3.7. When updating from previous stable, this version fixes bug 451150, bug 473542, bug 475284, bug 460328, and bug 473308.

OK, since jer thinks that dependencies should be listed explicitly, here is the list. The following versions should be stabilised:

=app-admin/eselect-1.3.7:
    alpha amd64 arm hppa ia64 m68k ppc ppc64 s390 sh sparc x86
=app-emacs/eselect-mode-1.3.7:
    alpha amd64 arm hppa ia64      ppc ppc64 s390 sh sparc x86

Please take decisions on =app-admin/eselect-1.3.7 with regard to whether to add back bashcomp.eselect or bring out news regarding what users have to do instead; there are users that see this as a regression or at the very least it confuses them, therefore this version is currently masked. Once either is done please remove mask, put back STABLEREQ as well CC the arches; thank you in advance.
