New version for odeskteam application(time tracker), the current one in tree has issues about missing old libraries.

better use recent ffmpeg libraries but current one could depend on ffmpeg:0.10 for example

I have installed ffmpeg:0.10 but there are missing libraries.

I wonder if odeskteam really depends on media-video/ffmpeg only or if media-video/libav is good too.

Have a similar problem with libav. odeskteam-3.6.1-r1 wants not virtual ffmpeg. Does new version fixes it or i should create new bug?

For 3.6.1-r1 and 3.6.17 ldd seems to show exactly the same requirements.
To satisfy libQtDBus.so.4 you should install dev-qt/qtdbus . Now it is not in depends in ebuild. What version of ffmpeg do you have?

3.6.17 dies shortly after login, so I found a 3.10.1 "pre-beta" that seems to work on this page: http://developers.odesk.com/w/page/31026115/oDesk%20Team%20Client%20pre-Beta
