Well I think the summary says it all.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -p bbconf
2.emerge /usr/portage/x11-misc/bbconf/bbconf-1.6.ebuild 
3.

Actual Results:  
1. tries to merge qt2 for the bbconf-1.2-r1 ebuild 
2. merges a working bbconf-1.6 (with qt3 already there thus saving me some 
hours) 

Expected Results:  
at least an ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~ppc" should lead to the bbconf-1.6 ebuild.
