Adsl users with alcatel speedtouch home (the only modem that I know that uses pptp connection) cannot use the livecd to connect because pptp is not present. They are compelled to use a Mandrakemove distribution to install the system.
Adding the pptp command to the livecd could help theese users (that are very rare, i admit); it could help also adding the kpnadsl4linux program that helps configuring the connection
