I believe that this would be a good idea to add on to the portage system to bring more users to gentoo, as it is the best distro, and to help people decide which program they think would best suite their needs. So if I see it correctly that project is still in the pre-planning stage, there are just some general ideas on that site. Seems like a mix of compile farm and redhat network to me. For me the description is too generic at the moment to really say anything about it.

The URL is dead and unregistered ( no whois ). Of course they didn't mention their idea at all in the bug either :/
No solid ideas, and one dead URL. Update and re-open if it's updated.
