Description Gert Wollny 2013-06-09 20:33:53 UTC
New ebuild for itk-snap.

SNAP is a software application used to segment structures in 3D medical images. It provides semi-automatic segmentation using active contour methods, as well as manual delineation and image navigation.

Reproducible: Always

Note, the patch also adds some includes that were not properly specified when compiling with ITK-4.4.

Gert, thank you very much for this ebuild and also for the itk ebuild. At first glance, itksnap installs and runs fine on ~amd64 hardened.
