strongswan supports networkmanager integration, it can be enabled at compile time during the configure passing the --enable-nm switch.

This is need for building the networkmanager GUI for strongswan. See bug #281431

This simple patch add the USE flag and the configure switch, nothing else is needed.

Moved to 5.0.4-r1, since I should not make these kind of changes to a stable ebuild :-)
