When i emerge libdlm from gentoo portage always i reproduce problem with note: previous declaration of ...
emerge -e libdlm don't change anything

I can confirm this bug. This happens every time i'll try to build it. It's the same error like with the older version, where already a bug is open (bug 455418 - there is also a workaround).
I've added my build.log

problem is with symlink to kernel 
in ebuild linked to kernel 2.6x
set in config tu ebuild fake path to kernel and you can compile this package
