See full log attached. It looks like portage is importing the "time" module required for the standard logging module but dropbox has a time.so in its working directory which python3 tries to import as a python module and fails (duh!). I feel this "importing from current directory" as a portage's bug if any. However I don't reproduce this problem. @dev-portage, any suggestion?
This should fix it: http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/portage.git;a=commit;h=3f3bd1762f48bafe7e48729048cdd9d7d86c7fca
