A "Software End User License Agreement" can be found at <http://mersenne.org/legal>, see attachment.

@Licenses team: Looks like this needs to be added to the EULA license group.

I agree, but let's wait for a comment from Paolo.  I basically proxy'd him on this one.

Fine for me. IANAL but the third paragraph is quite binding: "To use the Software you agree to be bound by this EULA and the Terms and Conditions of Use."

Shouldn't we add the TCU as well?

Good question. Problem is that the TCU refer to other things again, like award rules (that probably change more frequently). I suggest that we include the TCU, but stop at that point then. See attachment.

OK, I added the proposed file to the licenses and the EULA group.
I also updated the ebuilds.
