net-im/instantbird-1.3 ebuild itself

Mostly mozilla-based, but independent IM-client project.
Correctly works over auth-requires (basic) proxy-server.
Tested on amd64 system.

Sergey, if no one adopts this package and you're willing to maintain it yourself, contact the proxy-maint@ herd.

Mozilla team does not have man power to handle any additional packages. If you need specifics on mozilla parts of code feel free to ping us on irc or via email for more info
