Seems it is for ayatana, not sure if adding X- will not break anything.

These look very same as the errors in www-client/midori where upstream had to indeed fix the code too
So anyone reading this later, don't add the X- without reviewing the code

Against 1.3.1-r2 there is another *.desktop file issue:
