Upstream has moved yow.el to obsolete: http://debbugs.gnu.org/9384

We have two choices:
- Also install yow.el with app-emacs/yow
- Remove the package

I tend towards the latter, because fortune.el together with /usr/share/fortune/zippy (from games-misc/fortune-mod) can be used as a replacement.
