Well, this was completely expected. Building qt4 with clang is unsupported by upstream and there's zero support in qt4-build.eclass as well. That being said, I will add support for the clang mkspec to our eclass and see if things improve.
Qt 4.8.5 got some patches for clang support so you may have more luck with that version...
this is fixed in 4.8.5, please close the bug when the package will be stable
