dev-lang/tcl with arch now 8.5.13-r1. But dev-lang/tk-8.5.13-r1 now with ~arch.

And stable arch system can't update without manually unmask dev-lang/tk-8.5.13-r1 or mask dev-lang/tcl-8.5.13-r1.

Confirmed. They should have gone stable in the same instant. This was however corrected when bug #456676 was issued. Quite the mess.
