New version of PowerDNS Authoritative Server 3.2 was released with lots of improvements and bugs fixed

Now that a security release for the recursor component happened, this seems is a great opportunity to do this trivial bump and keep the split components up to date.

net-dns/pdns-3.3 is out and _should_ have systemd units (and better DNSSEC support)

I would separate this bug report -> one for version bump, the other for unit files (that one could also include some unit files attached to speed up things ;))
