It's only noted that you were the reporter of bug #454348. Author of the patch is given credits in a proper place i.e. header of the patch along with information about debian and this bug report and what it fixes. The current "fixes for X by Y" is ambiguous if "by Y" refers to "fixes" or to "X", with a tendency towards X since that's in proximity if you ask me. If it were "fixes for X reported by Y" there were no ambiguity. I'd welcome an update in that direction.
