Try to install systemd with enabled "vanilla" USE flag fails at the merge step with:

@Zac, is this really intentional here?

It seems that systemd in vanilla mode installs 'README' file stating that it doesn't run init scripts and where to look for services ;). I don't think the file is really necessary/useful in Gentoo but still, it feels like a bit anti-vanilla to remove it.

This is fixed in portage-2.1.11.41 and 2.2.0_alpha152.

Anyway, I have removed those files in -197.
