COPYING in 0.9.15 (and in upstream repo) says:

   This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it
   under the terms of the MIT license with acknolwedgement clause (see
   COPYING.rbot) or the GNU General Public License, version 2 (see GPLv2)

As I read it, the package is dual-licensed. The "MIT license with acknowledgement clause" is what is known as the "MIT feh variant", see bug 448180.


In summary:
0.9.10: LICENSE="feh"
0.9.15 and 9999: LICENSE="|| ( feh GPL-2 )"
