emerge --info

When I try to install app-i18n/ibus-pinyin-1.4.0 with the opencc USE flag, the compilation fails with the message:

  GEN pinyin.xml
  CXXLD ibus-engine-pinyin
../libtool: line 5989: cd: lib: No such file or directory
libtool: link: cannot determine absolute directory name of `lib'

I have confirmed this on three computers, two using AMD64 and one using x86.

I should note that it builds fine with USE="-opencc".
