The problem is described in the kde bug tracker <https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309787> and also in the gentoo forums <http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-944590.html>.

As this is a really annoying bug in daily work, I'd like to request a backport of the the patch (<https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kde-workspace/repository/revisions/110504efad0116480df8ab17ab4d66a8fee1f905>) to 4.9.3. At least if KDE 4.9.4 is not hitting the stable tree soon.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fire up krunner interface (<Alt-F2>)
2. Enter a partial or complete command, e.g. "kons" for konsole
3. Launch konsole is the first suggestion
4. Press <Enter>
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. You have to click one of the suggestions.

Expected Results:  
konsole launches

4.9.5 is now stable, and the patch is also in KDE/4.10.
