Description Francisco Lloret 2012-12-11 15:56:54 UTC
I have an calc file than has a database, one registry at each row.

Cells in one of the columns contains a formula that has some calcularions from the data in O column and show it in P column, with a conditional format that sets cell background color in red, green or yellow depending of the cell contents.

The calc file worked with Libreoffice without problems but after upgrade to Libreoffice-bin 3.6.3.2 new cells format dissapears.

For exemple,

If I have data in cells P10,P11,P12 and P13 with conditonal format (with green background) in a calc file created with an older version of Libreoffice.

I select the four cells and copy it in P14...P17, then the cells content is copied but not the conditional format. P14...P17 has white background.

If I click in P11 and drag the square mark to P17, then the copy function seems oK, and all cell background are green, but if I close and re-open the file, only p10 and P11 have green backgroound. The other cells shows a white background.

In other words, cals shows and saves conditional formats already present in the file, but not new conditional formats applied to cells.

Hi,

Thanks for your report, but this seems more like upstream issue rather than issue with how we package this in Gentoo.

Please report the issue on https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ and then add the newly reported bug to the URL field on top of this bug.

Thanks

Done.

You should also state there what was the last version that had this feature working for you. So the guy working on it can use some version as base to track the regression.

Other than that good bugreport, now lets wait to it be wrangled and prioritized (unless of course you want to trace it and fix yourself :P)

Please try if you still have the problem with LO 4.0 (new binpackage). If yes, please re-open.
