The ebuild claims LICENSE="CCPL-Attribution-ShareAlike-2.5 as-is" which doesn't seem to be right. I cannot find any global distribution terms, neither in the tarball nor on the package's homepage. Are we even allowed to redistribute the distfile of this package? Can you please sort out (possibly with upstream) under what terms this package can be distributed?
As far as I can tell, redistribution is not allowed. I set it to RESTRICT="mirror", but I am not sure if I can let the LICENSE line set to as-is only.

I suggest that we change LICENSE to "GPL-2 GPL-3 CC-BY-3.0 CC-BY-SA-2.5 CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0 CC-BY-ND-3.0 MPL-1.1 freedist public-domain all-rights-reserved", where all-rights-reserved would cover the themes without license. Mirror restriction must remain, of course.
