The ebuild creates the following symlink:
dosym /usr/lib/"${PN}"/makescr.pl /usr/sbin/makescr.pl

That script is gone in that version so it is safe to remove that line.

There is only one ebuild in the tree.

Fixed with a revbump because we shouldn't leave broken symlinks laying around.
