Description nihil39 2012-12-05 22:04:50 UTC
Can you please update this ebuild to the latest version? Thanks.

Reproducible: Always
Comment 1 Andrew 2012-12-07 16:38:32 UTC
I am using this package because >=gnupg-2 requires gui and doesn't run well
from text terminals.
The version currently in portage dates from 2009, the new version from
October 2012. It's home page states:
October 18, 2012: Release 1.10. This release fixes a number of minor portability issues and minor bugs. The ccrypt core functionality has been factored into a convenience library libccrypt.a. A ccguess program was added to assist in the recovery of mistyped keys. Improved error checking and fixed minor compiler warnings. Minor improvements to emacs support, and added a --disable-emacs configuration option. Thanks to bornlibra23 and Johannes Ruscheinski for bug reports.
Comment 2 Andrew 2012-12-07 17:12:44 UTC
I have installed this in my personal portage by renaming ccrypt-1.9.ebuild
as ccrypt-1.10.ebuild and
replacing the keywords line in the ebuild with

KEYWORDS="~amd64 ~ppc ~x86 ~x86-interix ~amd64-linux ~x86-linux ~ppc-macos ~x86-macos"

(i.e changed everything to testing.)

This compiles and works just fine for me.
Comment 3 nihil39 2012-12-07 17:23:08 UTC
Ok, thanks. I hope 1.10 ebuild will make its way into portage soon, obviously not in the stable branch. Even if it is keyworded it's fine.
Comment 4 nihil39 2012-12-18 23:27:33 UTC
I can confirm that just renaming the ebuild works fine. Please update the ebuild in the portage tree!
