USE=-doc emerge -v1 numpy works.
Comment 2 Christopher Schwan 2012-12-21 14:07:20 UTC
Sorry for keep you waiting. Does the problem still persist with the new ebuilds?
Comment 3 Juergen Rose 2012-12-22 11:04:47 UTC
It still fails with the same error:

Comment 4 Juergen Rose 2012-12-22 11:28:59 UTC
It seems me, that I now have to mask numpy-1.7.0_beta2, because the failing of the numpy upgrade blocks the installation of other packages:

root@impala:/root(70)# emerge -vuND world

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Hi Juergen,
very sorry that it took us so long to find about this bug. In the future could you use the github issue tracker:
https://github.com/cschwan/sage-on-gentoo/issues
that would mean less delay.
