IBPP-1.1

ibpp-2.5.3.1.ebuild has LICENSE="MPL-1.1" which was right for ibpp-1.0*, but isn't for ibpp-2.5*. Actual license is the "IBPP License v1.1" as attached.
I'd suggest that this is added as new IBPP-1.1 license file.

@Licenses team: The IBPP-1.1 license was discussed in Debian some time ago: <http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2006/03/msg00598.html>
They were not completely happy with it, but ultimately decided that it's DFSG free (i.e. they include the "flamerobin" package in main). Can we follow them and add the license to the MISC-FREE group?

I have added license file to tree, not sure about including it into MISC-FREE, also leaving this decision to license team

The issue here is mostly how does one interpret “part of another work” — is it enough to just fork it?

Anyway, to play it safe, let’s keep it out of MISC-FREE until things become clearer.

This should be O.K., as the package has no reverse dependencies.

Can you also update LICENSE in ibpp-2.5.3.1.ebuild to "IBPP-1.1", please? I think the bug can be closed then (at least for now).

This of course shouldn't block the as-is cleanup tracker; my mistake.
Sorry for the bug spam.
