Binflash disclaimer

This is non-free (even fetch-restricted), therefore LICENSE="as-is" isn't right.

The disclaimer that appears before downloading is attached; probably it would be best to add this as license file.

I've CCd treecleaners to bug 395759 already a while back. It was stupid of me to put this in tree in the first place.

Consider this masked for lastrites now.
Comment 2 Samuli Suominen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2012-11-23 10:08:01 UTC
Nah, directly punted it afterall. As per,

12:06 < irker871> gentoo-x86: ssuominen app-cdr/binflash: Directly punt binflash without lastriting in
purpose because this is binary-only fetch-restricted package where the ebuild is
outdated, therefore non-working for everyone, just download the app directly from the
site. Also license violations wrt bug 444414
