Description Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2012-11-22 21:12:25 UTC
You receive this bug because this package does not respect my system's RANLIB ( x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-ranlib - /usr/bin/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-ranlib ) and calls directly ranlib - /usr/bin/ranlib
The possible solutions to fix this issue are:
1)Fix the buildsystem, if you can
2)inherit toolchain-funcs and use tc-export RANLIB
3)inherit toolchain-funcs and use emake RANLIB="$(tc-getRANLIB)"

ranlib libsepol.a

libsepol-2.1.8-r1 is in hardened-dev overlay, will be picked up for some regression testing but I don't expect many issues there so should hit tree soon.
