When you change settings into Celestia via menu and close the program, next time you open Celestia settings are 'default settings' again

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Celestia
2. Change some settings
3. Close Celestia
4. Open it again
Actual Results:  
Settings weren't saved.

Expected Results:  
The settings should be loaded as I configured them last time I ran Celestia.

The Windows version of Celestia does save settings. I am talking about stable
1.3.0 Celestia ebuild.

I don't think this is a Gentoo problem. If you have reason to think so, please re-open this bug and explain in more detail.
