build log

Build log should be verbose by default as per talk on dev-ML.

So, should we stop reporting this issues and close this bug tacker? https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429308

It depends. In my opinion, for autotools pkgs that are semi-regularly updated and will output verbose logs when updated to EAPI 5, it's not worth reporting new verbose build bugs as they will probably just sit there until EAPI 5 is used.

However, there are plenty of other build systems used, custom makefiles especially, that often don't output verbose logs by default so the tracker is helpful.

In summary, report whatever bugs you like but assume devs might ignore ones that are fixed when updating to EAPI 5.
