Trying to emerge gnome-base/gvfs-1.12.3-r1 results in error in attched log. The file does not seem to download at all. If i clear /usr/portage/distfiles and run emerge -av gvfs it does not download anything. 

After some pocking around the problem is a missing manifest file in the /usr/portage/gnome-base/gvfs folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to install gvfs
Actual Results:  
source not downloaded

Expected Results:  
Should download and install gvfs

running ebuild gvfs-1.12.3-r1.ebuild manifest in the /usr/portage/gnome-base/gvfs folder fixes the issue

I have a manifest file in the right folder without manually generating it. Chances are you just need to sync again.
